About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:
1 year of customer service experience (preferred)
Fluency in English, both spoken and written
Fast and confident typing skills (approximately 40-60 words per minute)
Proficiency in MS Office suite
Ability to work in a remote environment, with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the e-commerce industry, particularly in kitchen and bathroom cabinets
Knowledge of sales and design principles
