Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or work-from-home environment
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult customers with patience and empathy
Proficient in computer and internet use, as well as software applications such as Microsoft Office
