Essential Qualifications: Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or remote customer service environment. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with the capacity to think critically and resolve complex customer issues. Technical Skills: Proficient in using computer systems, software applications, and customer relationship management (CRM) tools. Time Management: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and manage time effectively. Preferred Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a remote or call center environment. Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as customer service or sales certifications, are an asset.
