As aRemote Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for receiving incoming calls, emails, and live chats, resolving concerns, questions, or assisting with using a product. You will be working with a range of clients, including financial firms, e-commerce shippers, medical professionals, non-profits, and tradesmen.
