Key Responsibilities As a Remote Customer Service Agent - Auto Dealer Support, your primary responsibilities will include: Providing exceptional customer service over the phone, chat, email, and other communication channels Researching and resolving requests related to profile assistance, vehicle shipments, and orders Assisting with car warranties, escalating critical orders, and offering timely and accurate solutions Utilizing computer skills to track vehicle orders, shipments, and other relevant information Maintaining a positive and upbeat attitude, even in challenging situations Working collaboratively with colleagues and other stakeholders to achieve shared goals Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A high school diploma or equivalent Two or more years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or similar environment Excellent computer, typing, and phone skills, with the ability to speak and type proficiently at the same time Strong problem-solving, consulting, and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail and a solid work ethic Availability to work during scheduled hours, with a reliable schedule and minimal absences Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: A degree in a relevant or related field Experience in the automotive industry or a related field Previous experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software or similar technology Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you'll need: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and a logical approach Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities A positive and customer-focused attitude, with a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences Remote Work Requirements As a remote customer service agent, you'll need: High-speed internet access at home, with a reliable connection and minimal downtime A secluded and distraction-free work environment, with minimal interruptions and optimal productivity Residency in Michigan, with a valid address and ability to receive mail and packages Schedule and Training As a remote customer service agent, you'll work a scheduled schedule, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
