Key Responsibilities and Duties As a Remote Customer Experience Agent at Blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include: Responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone with professionalism and in a timely manner. Planning and selling transportation, accommodations, insurance, and other travel services to clients. Collaborating with clients to determine their needs and advising them on appropriate destinations, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs, and accommodations. Utilizing promotional techniques and preparing promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages. Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, escalating complex cases to the appropriate teams when necessary. Providing accurate, valid, and comprehensive information by utilizing the right methods and tools. Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents. Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. Taking the extra mile to engage customers and build a loyal client base. Working collaboratively with team members to improve the overall customer service experience. Staying up-to-date with new products, services, and policies. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
