Key Responsibilities Respond to incoming customer communications, including phone calls, emails, and chats, in a prompt and professional manner Conduct thorough research to provide accurate and helpful answers to customer questions, resolving their issues efficiently and effectively Utilize your product or service knowledge to address customer concerns, provide solutions, and offer alternative options when necessary Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues, escalating cases when required Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction targets, response times, and resolution rates Stay up-to-date with product or service offerings, promotions, and company initiatives to provide informed support to customers Essential Qualifications At least 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment Residence in one of the following states: Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Michigan, North Carolina, or Tennessee High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education or relevant certifications an asset Strong product or service knowledge, with the ability to recognize, apply, and explain this knowledge to customers Proficient computer skills, including experience with software applications, troubleshooting, and basic technical support Reliable high-speed internet connection (> 40mbps) and a dedicated workspace that meets our remote work requirements Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following skills and qualifications can help you stand out as a candidate: Previous experience working in a remote customer service role, with a proven track record of success in a home-based environment Additional certifications or training in customer service, such as CSS or CCE Proficiency in multiple software applications, including CRM systems, helpdesk tools, or other customer service platforms Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on continuous learning and professional development Career Growth and Development At blithequark, we're committed to supporting the career and professional development of our employees.
