Key Responsibilities Respond to client requests and inquiries via phone, chat, and email in a professional and timely manner Demonstrate high standards for quality service and ensure all client interactions are handled with courtesy and professionalism Stay up-to-date with product and procedural knowledge, as well as industry trends, to provide accurate and helpful information to clients Work collaboratively with the quality and training team to self-manage performance expectations and maintain open communication lines with Team Lead, Quality Advocate, Trainer, and Manager Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions using our proprietary call center database (CSC) Adhere to all schedules, deadlines, and key performance indicators (KPIs) as set by management Strive to exceed KPIs and quality goals, and communicate with customers in a proactive and professional manner across multiple communication channels Essential Qualifications 2-3 years of experience in a business or professional environment, preferably in the service industry Excellent oral and written communication skills, with clear diction, tone, and knowledge of proper grammar Strong desire to be helpful and take ownership of resolving customer situations Positive outlook and enthusiastic attitude, with a commitment to delivering high-quality client service Ability to multitask, read, type, and navigate through applications while speaking to customers Self-starter with the ability to manage workload efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to deliver a high level of client service under high volume Preferred Qualifications Prior customer service or troubleshooting experience, preferably in a call center environment Experience in retail sales or a related field Knowledge of client relationship management tools, such as Instant Service Experience with windows-based applications and e-commerce platforms Excellent data entry skills, with a minimum of 45-55 words per minute Skills and Competencies Agile thinking, high energy, and persistence, with a resourceful approach to problem-solving Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality Ability to work in a dynamic shift environment, with flexibility to work weekends and evening shifts as required Career Growth and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
