As a Remote Customer Care Specialist, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with our clients to resolve their concerns, answer their questions, and provide proactive solutions to their challenges. **Key Responsibilities** As a Remote Customer Care Specialist, your primary duties and responsibilities will include: * Receiving in-bound calls from customers and providing superior service, exceeding their expectations at every turn * Listening to our customer's concerns, solving problems, answering questions, and working with them to find a resolution while showing empathy and compassion * Taking the initiative to truly understand our customers' current challenges, solving them, and using your expertise to proactively help them avoid future challenges * Participating in special projects, assuming new responsibilities, and adjusting priorities as requested to meet the evolving needs of our clients * Utilizing your exceptional communication skills to WOW customers on every call, providing a positive and memorable experience **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: * A minimum high school diploma or GED * At least 2 years of prior experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service * Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues * Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively * Great communication skills, a love for talking to people, and the ability to WOW customers on every call * Relentless drive to own the customer's problem and ability to think outside of the box to resolve them * Ability to adapt to change and work well in a fast-paced environment * Ability to multi-task using technology, with a strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools **Preferred Qualifications** While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly beneficial in this role: * A college degree and 0-1 years of work experience in an office, call center, or customer contact center environment * Prior experience in a work-from-home position, with a strong understanding of remote work dynamics * Bilingual in English/Spanish, with the ability to speak, read, and write the Spanish language fluently * Relevant licenses and certifications, such as customer service or sales certifications **Working Conditions and Physical Requirements** As a Remote Customer Care Specialist, you will be working from home, with the following working conditions and physical requirements: * This is a full-time job, with a set schedule that may be subject to change based on business needs * Work schedules are generally set for several months at a time, but are subject to periodic shift bids to determine your work schedule * You will be required to have a reasonable degree of schedule availability and flexibility to work varying schedules throughout the year * General office demands, with a strong emphasis on maintaining a safe and healthy work environment * While working remotely, you will be required to have internet services with a minimum internet speed of 15 Mbps on the download side and a minimum of 3 Mbps on the upload side **Compensation and Benefits** As a Remote Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you can expect a competitive compensation package, including: * Pay based on several factors, including relevant work experience, education, and certifications * Various work schedules and pay shift differentials for night and weekend hours worked * Medical benefits that begin on your first day * Competitive paid time off, including holidays * A pay range of $16.50 - $21.00 per hour **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment that is committed to the growth and development of our employees.
