Position Overview

This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home office. As a Customer Care Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with their pharmacy needs. Your primary responsibility is to deliver best-in-class service experience while navigating the complexities of insurance verification, billing inquiries, product information, and technical support.

The role requires a variable schedule that may include early mornings, evenings, or weekends to accommodate our customers' needs. This position typically operates at 40 hours per week, though flexibility may be required based on business requirements. What You'll Do

As an integral member of our Customer Care team, you will:


Provide Multi-Channel Support: Assist customers virtuall over the phone, email, and web-based platforms. You'll handle both inbound inquiries and outbound calls to ensure comprehensive support for all customer needs.

Resolve Complex Issues: Take a hands-on approach to problem-solving, owning each issue from start to finish. When clinical advisement is necessary, you'll partner directly with our pharmacists and pharmacy staff to ensure customers receive accurate, safe, and timely guidance.

Insurance and Billing Expertise: Help customers navigate insurance verification, understand their copays, and resolve billing concerns. You'll be trained to explain coverage details and help customers maximize their benefits.

Shipping and Delivery Support: Assist customers with tracking their medications, understanding shipping timelines, and resolving any delivery concerns to ensure their medications arrive safely and on time.

Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to customers navigating our online pharmacy platform. You'll help customers create accounts, place orders, manage prescriptions, and troubleshoot common technical issues.

Proactive Solution Finding: Anticipate questions and concerns customers may have during each interaction. By proactively identifying solutions, you'll enhance the customer experience and build trust.

What We're Looking For

Basic Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

Willingness to submit and pass a pre-employment drug test
