Job Overview As a Remote Customer Care Agent with blithequark, you will play a vital role in our team, working closely with customers to create personalized itineraries and providing exceptional service throughout their travel experience. This is a full or part-time remote opportunity, offering flexibility and autonomy for the right candidate. You will be responsible for serving as a member of our team, participating in monthly virtual calls and meetings, and embodying our company's mission and core values. Key Responsibilities Exemplify blithequark's Core Values and Mission Statement, living out our culture and promoting a positive, professional attitude Foster teamwork by collaborating with and helping teammates, ensuring a seamless and supportive work environment Surprise and delight each client, innovating ways to consistently exceed their expectations and provide personalized service Respond to client requests and questions in a timely and professional manner, ensuring no client falls through the cracks Apply for payments, send payment reminders, and manage flight changes and seat assignments as needed Coordinate concierge-related details for clients, including spa, touring, and dinner reservations Correspond with clients on preferences, assist with arranging surprises and welcome notes, and notify hotels of client preferences in a timely manner Prepare client documents and travel tips, advising on what should be printed and providing electronic or hard copies as needed Assist with distributing information to and coordinating internal and/or team needs as required Update daily activity, reporting, and status in our cloud-based CRM, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records Set schedules and manage time effectively and efficiently, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines Manage client profiles and bookings, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Serve as backup travel support/main point of contact as needed, providing emergency assistance outside of normal office hours Continuously grow in savvy and proficiency, implementing tools to heighten our remote workplace culture and improve overall performance Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you must be a driven self-starter, positive thinker, proactive, and trustworthy.
