About the Role We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Remote Customer Advisors. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely via Zoom, with the option to work from a nearby branch location. As a Remote Customer Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer care, guiding and assisting clients with their financial planning needs, and providing expert advice on a range of financial products and services. This is not a call center or sales-oriented role, as customers are provided, eliminating the need for outbound prospecting. Key Responsibilities Engage with clients to understand their financial goals and objectives Provide expert advice on financial planning options, including retirement plan rollovers, investments, life insurance products, annuities, college plans, and more Guide and assist clients with their financial planning needs, including retirement planning, college planning, long-term care, and life insurance Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of financial services and products Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends, maintaining a high level of knowledge and expertise Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent customer service skills, a genuine willingness to help others, and a strong ability to collaborate with diverse groups of people. Prior experience in the financial industry is not mandatory, as we primarily value candidates' social and interpersonal skills.
