Position Overview
The Associate, Customer Acquisition role is a full-time, remote position that offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to work with a dynamic team. As an Associate, Customer Acquisition, you will be responsible for demonstrating the value and benefits of our products or services to customers, with a primary focus on selling and/or renewing contracts. You will work within a dedicated territory and team to achieve your revenue-based quota by selling renewals/services and identifying up-sell opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Work within a dedicated territory and team to achieve your revenue-based quota by selling renewals/services and identifying up-sell opportunities
Provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts to management
Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to assess client requirements and provide tailored solutions
Initiate steps to address customer concerns and roadblocks that may be prohibiting satisfaction or product usage
Manage external competitive pressures and handle objections to retain customers or win new customers
Manage a high volume of customer contacts through phone and email each day, with a majority of communication being outbound
Collaborate with your team and management to provide a professional experience during all interactions with customers and prospects
Maintain the customer management system (CRM) to ensure all relevant data is captured and up-to-date
Undertake sales motions, including lead qualification, lead conversion, health checks, being the voice of the customer, or renewing contracts


Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

2+ years of experience working in a customer service or sales capacity
Prior success in achieving personal and team sales quota/goals
Experience in high-volume calling and managing multiple customer contacts
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
Strong knowledge of MS Office programs, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems
Ability to learn new technology and data systems quickly
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues


Preferred Qualifications
