Key Responsibilities As a Remote CNC Technical Support Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include: Providing Technical Support: Answer inbound phone calls and respond to customer emails, providing technical guidance on CNC machine centers and equipment such as Amada, Mazak, Makino, Haas, Doosan, DMG, Kitamura, Fanuc, and related equipment. Troubleshooting and Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve CNC-related issues remotely, utilizing your extensive experience with CNC machinery and equipment. Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, ensuring that their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively. Independent Work: Work independently in a remote setting, utilizing your strong troubleshooting skills and technical expertise to resolve customer issues. What You Bring To succeed in this role, you will need: Extensive Experience: Extensive experience with CNC machinery and equipment, including Amada, Mazak, Makino, Haas, Doosan, DMG, Kitamura, Fanuc, and related equipment. Troubleshooting Skills: Strong troubleshooting skills for CNC machine centers, with the ability to resolve complex technical issues remotely. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients. Independent Work: Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with minimal supervision. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Illinois Address: Must have an Illinois address to qualify for this role. CNC Certification: CNC certification or equivalent experience is highly desirable. Technical Skills: Familiarity with CNC machine centers and equipment, as well as experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
