Essential Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Basic computer skills, including starting and shutting down a computer, using a mouse, and navigating programs.
Basic web browser skills, including opening a browser, typing URLs, using search engines, and completing online forms.
Intermediate-level keyboarding skills, with a minimum of 25 words per minute (WPM) and the ability to type by memory.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
While not required, the following preferred qualifications and skills will be advantageous in this role:
At least 2 years of experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail or call center environment.
At least 1.5 years of experience as a pharmacy technician with a certification/registration by state as conceded by the State Board of Pharmacy or a nationally recognized certification agency.
Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction.
Moderate to advanced-level keyboarding skills, with a minimum of 35 WPM and the ability to type by memory.
Fluency in Spanish and English.
