Key Responsibilities Participate in online or in-person focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews on a variety of topics, including child-related products, cell phones, entertainment, food, sports, electronics, pets, and automobiles. Show up at least 10 minutes prior to discussion start time, whether online or in-person. Complete written surveys and provide oral feedback during discussions. Use products and/or services provided (if applicable) and be prepared to discuss them prior to the meeting date. Follow oral and written instructions carefully to ensure a smooth and productive discussion. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on your desktop/laptop. A reliable internet connection to participate in online discussions. A genuine desire to participate in one or several of our focus group topics. The ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions. A high school diploma or equivalent. Preferred Qualifications While not required, previous experience in market research or a related field is a plus.
