You will work under the direct supervision of a team leader and will be expected to adhere to established guidelines and protocols. Communicate with patients, prescribers, and other stakeholders via phone, email, or chat to resolve issues and provide support. Resolve third-party rejections by inspecting, gathering information, making corrections, and resubmitting for processing in accordance with individual plan requirements. Provide assistance to pharmacists and other team members, recognizing and escalating issues to senior-level staff as necessary.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, adhering to HIPAA guidelines and arenaflex's policies and procedures. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field. Basic computer skills, including starting and shutting down a computer, using a mouse, and navigating software applications. Basic internet search engine skills, including opening a browser, typing URLs, and using online forms. Intermediate-level keyboarding skills, with a minimum of 25 words per minute. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Preferred Qualifications At least 2 years of experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail or call center environment. Certification or registration as a pharmacy technician by a state board of pharmacy or a nationally recognized certification agency. Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, with a focus on quality standards and customer satisfaction. Advanced keyboarding skills, with a minimum of 35 words per minute. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
