Job Summary As a Remote Call Center Agent, you will be the face of our company, providing top-notch customer service to our clients and their customers. You will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound calls, making outbound calls, and ensuring that customer interactions are documented accurately. Key Responsibilities Manage a large volume of inbound calls and make consistent outbound calls as per the requirements of each program or project Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction, providing accurate and complete information using the right methods and tools Meet personal and customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas, handling customer complaints and providing solutions within the time limits Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents in accordance with company policies and procedures Follow communication guidelines and policies, taking the extra mile to engage customers and deliver an exceptional customer experience Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications: Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative, with a track record of over-achieving quota Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening, with the ability to adapt to different types of characters and situations Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively Proficient typing skills and familiarity with Windows, Microsoft Office, and the ability to quickly learn new software with provided training At least 1 year of previous high-volume call center experience, with experience working with an automatic dialer and in both inbound and outbound environments Computer literacy, pleasant phone demeanor, and a strong sense of integrity and dedication to quality Preferred Qualifications While not mandatory, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Previous experience in a call center leadership role or a peer leader with exemplary attendance, positive attitude, and professional conduct A solution-oriented approach, with a strong focus on delivering an unforgettable customer experience Flexibility with scheduling and work hours, with a willingness to adapt to changing requirements What We Offer At AnswerNet, we're committed to providing our employees with a supportive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth and development.
