Job Overview
As a Business Cards and Payments Conversion Manager, you'll play a critical role in deepening relationships with our clients and identifying opportunities to increase value by growing spend. You'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, supporting customers with product conversions, analyzing business spend to identify additional opportunities, and offering ongoing vendor match and spend enablement services. Your goal will be to become a trusted advisor to our clients, building positive relationships, handling client needs, and coordinating client appreciation activities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of clients with a key focus on retention, growth, and risk management
Support customers with any necessary product conversions
Analyze the company's total business spend to identify additional opportunities to leverage the Commercial Card
Offer ongoing vendor match and spend enablement services; leverage results to increase AP file penetration
Learn about the client and the specific industry vertical in which they operate; understand purchasing needs and behavior
Become a trusted advisor by building positive relationships, handling client needs, and coordinating client appreciation activities
Resolve issues and provide solutions to clients in a timely manner
Monitor portfolio metrics and perform quarterly account reviews
Partner across the value chain to meet client needs
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:
At least 2 years of experience in a client-facing role
At least 1 year of experience with MS Office or Google Suite Products
Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence at a wide range of levels
Strong verbal and written communication skills, both in person and over the phone
Problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to synthesize information to make informed decisions
A strategic mindset and ability to leverage data in identifying growth opportunities across your portfolio
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
Bachelor's Degree or Military experience
At least 3 years of experience in a client-facing role
At least 2 years of experience with MS Office or Google Suite Products
Proficiency using Salesforce.com
