Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and skilled Remote Bilingual (Spanish) Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a customer service representative, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional support and solutions to our clients and members. Your expertise in handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely and accurate information will be essential in ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience. Key Responsibilities Assure the accurate and timely handling of client and member calls, with total follow-through and resolution Provide excellent customer service, responding to client and provider questions, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner Interpret client health plan protocols and provide information on claims payment, status, and coverage Assist with reports and workflow queues in the claims processing area, as assigned Maintain accurate and complete call documentation, and ensure that all customer interactions are properly recorded and updated Return incoming calls, and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure that customer issues are resolved, and that our customers receive seamless support and service Participate in additional projects and initiatives, as assigned, to support the growth and development of our customer service team Essential Qualifications Bilingual (English/Spanish) required, with excellent verbal and written communication skills Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume healthcare call center, with a strong understanding of healthcare claims review and processing Knowledge of healthcare claims review or processing, with experience in a healthcare or health insurance setting Experience with multiple systems, including Teams, Excel, and Jira, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and software applications Availability for an 8-hour shift between 8am and 6pm Central time, with flexibility to work in a remote environment Preferred Qualifications HMO Managed care Medicare Advantage experience, with a strong understanding of healthcare plans and protocols Experience with BCBS HMOI or other insurance plans, with knowledge of healthcare claims processing and reimbursement Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive compensation package, with a base pay range of $19.00 to $20.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly.
