Key Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with clients to identify new business opportunities and provide exceptional customer service. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. At least 2 years of sales experience in the insurance and financial services industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively. Proficiency in sales software and technology, including CRM systems and sales automation tools. Preferred Qualifications In addition to the essential qualifications, we're looking for candidates with the following preferred qualifications: A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, finance, or marketing. Experience in the insurance and financial services industry, with a focus on life insurance, disability insurance, and critical illness insurance. Knowledge of industry trends, products, and services, including annuity products and retirement planning. Experience with sales automation tools, including CRM systems and sales intelligence platforms. Ability to work in a remote environment and maintain a high level of productivity and motivation.
