As a Recruiter, Customer Excellence, you'll be part of a collaborative and inclusive environment that encourages growth, innovation, and creativity. **Key Responsibilities** As a Recruiter, Customer Excellence, you'll be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruiting process for all levels of the Customer Excellence organization. Your key responsibilities will include: * Partnering with and advising hiring managers and hiring teams to ensure seamless hiring processes * Developing a network of potential candidates through passive and active sourcing, and ongoing relationship management * Participating in special virtual events, including recruiting events, career fairs, and networking events * Leading or contributing to multiple internal arenaflex projects * Other responsibilities as assigned **Essential Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * 2+ years of high-volume corporate and/or agency full-cycle recruiting experience supporting a variety of complex roles * Success in hiring evergreen and single-threaded roles * Experience partnering with and advising senior leaders, interviewers, and team members throughout the hiring process * Experience prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and relationships * Commitment to providing an excellent candidate experience * Experience using LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter, and an Applicant Tracking System (we use Greenhouse) * Legally authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer on an ongoing basis **Preferred Qualifications** While not essential, the following qualifications will be highly valued: * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Proven track record of delivering exceptional candidate experiences * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Experience with diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives **Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you'll need to possess: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Experience with recruitment software and tools * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to supporting your career growth and development.
