As a 100% commission brokerage, you keep all your commission, minus a small transaction fee. This means that on a $350,000 sale with a 3% commission, you would keep $10,500, with the transaction fee of $395 charged to the buyer/seller at closing or subtracted from your commission. For transactions over $1,000,000, you'll receive a generous 90% payout.
Lead-based transactions for agents with a proven track record of production. Our goal is to provide excellent customer service, and we're committed to supporting our agents with the tools and resources they need to succeed.
As an Ocean Capital agent, you'll have access to our corporate office, conference room, computers, and equipment. We also provide a corporate email address (required if not providing your own additional E&O coverage), 800 number with extension, website, and CRM system. Our mortgage origination assistance is available for agents who are not licensed on their own.
