Key Responsibilities


Provide friendly and exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers, ensuring a positive experience at every touchpoint.
Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure the smooth operation of ground activities, including loading, unloading, and servicing aircraft.
Load, unload, and service aircraft, including handling baggage, cargo, and mail.
Operate ground support equipment, such as belt loaders, air start units, and lift trucks.
Perform aircraft cabin cleaning, including cleaning upholstery, windows, and galleys.
Transport luggage, cargo, and other materials between aircraft and terminals.
Work in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines and handling multiple priorities.
Maintain accurate records and reports, including submitting Freight Receptacle Stacking Slips (CBLS) to Operations Specialists.
Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others.


Essential Qualifications


High school diploma or equivalent required; no experience prerequisite.
Valid state-issued driver's license required.
Ability to obtain a SIDA badge and meet all airport requirements.
U.S. citizenship or current authorization to work in the U.S. required; no sponsorship available.
Ability to lift and move objects of up to 70 pounds, and favoring on a regular basis.
Ability to climb, bend, stoop, crawl, and stand for extended periods.
Ability to work in confined or high places.


Preferred Qualifications


Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
Knowledge of aircraft operations and ground support equipment.
Certification in a related field, such as aviation or logistics.
