Job Overview As a Quantitative Analyst and Data Scientist at blithequark, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, building predictive models, and working with stakeholders to implement data-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities Offer support in media strategy, measurement, and optimization that require expertise in advanced analytical work, with a unique focus on Marketing Mix Modeling (MMMs) Collaborate with internal teams in advanced analytical work including experimentation, measurement, and modeling Deliver data-driven insights, based on a team-based marketing strategy to build, segment, and test audiences Work with internal teams to scope, build, and deliver key initiatives driving all marketing data, with an emphasis on digital marketing data pipelines Identify patterns and behaviors that are effective predictors of performance and key drivers for a successful media plan Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong educational background in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis and business intelligence. You should also have experience working with SQL or statistical programming languages, such as R or Python, and be comfortable working with large datasets and complex data systems.
