Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of duties, including:

Conducting quality control audits of new store and customer advance records to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with credit association policies, regulatory requirements, and contractual terms
Performing quality assurance processes connected with pre-financing and post-financing mortgage loan documentation to ensure that land-secured loans are originated, processed, and closed in accordance with Credit Association policies and procedures and secondary market rules
Identifying and reporting quality issues, gaps, and trends requiring coordination of multiple functional departments to resolve and driving solutions using a risk-centered approach
Maintaining exception reports and tracking systems to identify and report exceptions that may aid in the identification of error patterns, issues, or opportunities for additional training of cross-functional teams
Developing and implementing improvements to enhance quality and accuracy of processes, exposures, documents, and system data


Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you will need:

A Bachelor's degree in a related field
Previous experience in quality management, preferably in the financial services industry
Strong knowledge of credit association policies, regulatory requirements, and contractual terms
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team


Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:

Experience with quality control processes connected with pre-financing and post-financing mortgage loan documentation
Knowledge of secondary market rules and regulations
Familiarity with GSE selling and servicing releases
Experience with exception reporting and tracking systems
