Key Responsibilities
Perform and assist others in the Quality Control team in timely data collection, validation, and root cause analysis on data elements
Help create and communicate results from complex data and analysis for both technical and non-technical stakeholders and leaders
Assist in investigating critical ad-hoc requests resulting from emerging maintenance issues and provide insightful reporting to enable senior leadership to make informed business decisions while balancing existing project responsibility
Presentation of insights, trends, and potential recommendations using data visualization tools to support the relevant areas of the analysis and facilitate stakeholder understanding
Help create and distribute specific queries to pull and organize data from various sources, establishing the cadence, and validating the necessity of the data requirements
Identify irregularities in processes through audits/surveys and communicate findings to the team
Evaluate the effectiveness of processes and procedures by monitoring for trends and errors
Ensure that a compliance mindset is at the center of every decision
May perform other work duties as directed by the Team Leader
Essential Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., data analysis, business administration, or a related field)
Proven ability to collect, organize, analyze critical amounts of data with attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively listen to, understand, and convey ideas in writing, verbally, or through presentations to groups of diverse audiences
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate business issues, identify opportunities for data needs, and interpret resulting metrics
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with knowledge of data visualization tools and skills, such as Tableau, Alteryx, and QuickBase, being highly desirable
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and be an independent self-starter
Preferred Qualifications
Past internship, capstone projects, and research coursework in a related field
Experience working with data analysis and visualization tools, such as Tableau, Alteryx, and QuickBase
Ability to use PowerPoint to build presentations for verbal communications
