Key Responsibilities
Perform and assist others in the Quality Control team in optimal data collection, validation, and root cause analysis on data elements
Assist in creating and presenting results from complex data and analysis for both technical and non-technical stakeholders and leaders
Help investigate critical ad-hoc requests resulting from emerging maintenance issues and provide analytical responses to enable senior management to make informed business decisions while balancing existing project responsibility
Presentation of insights, trends, and potential recommendations using data visualization tools supporting the relevant marks of the analysis to facilitate stakeholder understanding
Assist in developing and distributing specific queries to pull and integrate data from various sources, establishing the rhythm, and validating the necessity of the data requirements
Identify irregularities in processes through audits and convey findings to the team
Evaluate the effectiveness of processes and methods by monitoring for trends and errors
Ensure that a compliance mindset is at the center of every decision
May perform other work duties as directed by the team leader
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze large amounts of data with attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively listen to, understand, and communicate ideas and present written, verbal, or presentation materials to audiences of varying sizes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with knowledge of data visualization tools and capabilities, such as Tableau, Alteryx, and QuickBase, being highly desirable
