Job Overview We're seeking an experienced Quality Consultant for our Retail Customer Care team to work remotely. As a Quality Consultant, you will be instrumental in ensuring the highest quality of customer interactions across various channels, including telephone calls, emails, and chat. Your expertise will help us maintain exceptional customer service standards, identify areas for improvement, and drive process enhancements. Key Responsibilities Conduct daily monitoring of customer interactions to assess quality, accuracy, and adherence to policies and procedures. Provide impartial feedback to customer service representatives, highlighting areas of excellence and opportunities for growth. Partner with leadership to identify trends, training needs, and process improvements. Collaborate with department leadership and external partners to ensure consistency in quality evaluations. Maintain and update quality monitoring tools to align with evolving business requirements. Develop and present monthly quality reports, highlighting trends, challenges, and areas for improvement. Participate in handling customer calls for a designated period each quarter to maintain a deep understanding of customer needs. Essential Qualifications A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a Call Center environment. Ability to meet all work-from-home requirements, including maintaining privacy and a stable internet connection. A verifiable high school diploma or GED. Preferred Qualifications Excellent oral, written, listening, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Ability to adhere to defined scheduling expectations and complete required training programs. Flexibility to switch between different call types and audit various lines of business. Effective organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Experience in leading meetings and discussions regarding audit results. Problem diagnosis and solution development skills. Ability to adapt to change quickly and efficiently, with a proven track record in a fast-paced environment. Experience in analyzing data and reporting. Background in a Call Center environment within a retail or healthcare setting. Experience collaborating with external vendors. Certification as a Pharmacy Technician through PTCB or ExCPT. Bilingual skills are preferred. Associate or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
