Job Summary As a Quality Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and services. You will be responsible for gathering, aggregating, and analyzing customer complaints and issues, and escalating administrative reportable and adverse occurrences using event analysis and regulatory decision models. You will also be responsible for acquiring endorsements, giving, and following returns, and ensuring the issuance of credits based on defined business measures. Address and facilitate product complaints under 3M's complaint policy and procedures, and ensure compliance with regulatory laws in a timely and accurate manner. Maintain and monitor systems to ensure that all product complaint investigations are properly reviewed and concluded per Security and Industrial Business Group (SIBG) worldwide complaint handling strategies. Examine and manage internal and external quality excellence to enhance customer satisfaction, enable accelerated growth, and convey product quality complaints. Uphold non-standard and troublesome requests using project management, process improvement, customer care, and relational skills. Apply scientific skills for analysis and understanding of trends or data generated by organization reporting. Consent to U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, other regulatory requirements, Organization policies, working procedures, cycles, and undertaking tasks. Maintain positive and agreeable communications and cooperation with all levels of employees, clients, workers for hire, and merchants. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following qualifications: Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and confirmed before start) from a licensed institution. Two years of experience managing client issues that need to agree with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations or potentially Watchfulness reporting per EU MDR requirements in a private, public, government, or military environment. Two years of significant involvement in a private, public, government, or military environment in at least one of the following areas: quality, clinical gadget products in a quality or assembling setting, client care, corporate tasks, or supporting cross-functional teams. Two years of experience in the Clinical gadget industry in a private, public, government, or military environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience utilizing client service programming like SAP, Salesforce/CFR/CIR, BOXI, Microsoft, Power BI, as well as Qlikview. Experience performing grievance examinations, reporting notices, and precise monetary credit changes. Capacity to perform examination that influences asset usage, speed, expenses, and upgrades in a quality region. Capacity to work in a matrixed and geologically different business climate to tackle complex client and 3M issues utilizing imaginative arrangements. Certainty to use wise judgment without nitty-gritty guidelines in an assembling climate. Some information on great documentation rehearses (Gross domestic product), great assembling rehearses (GMP), and quality frameworks in a controlled climate would also be useful.
