As a Public Area/Lobby Attendant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest service, ensuring that every guest has a memorable and enjoyable stay. Job Summary As a Public Area/Lobby Attendant, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining all public areas of the hotel, including restrooms, hallways, stairwells, elevators, offices, and banquet/meeting/conference rooms. You will also respond to guest requests, greet guests in a friendly manner, and perform deep cleaning tasks and special projects as needed. Key Responsibilities Clean and maintain all public areas of the hotel, including restrooms, hallways, stairwells, elevators, offices, and banquet/meeting/conference rooms Respond to guest requests in a prompt and professional manner Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner Perform deep cleaning tasks and special projects as needed, such as mattress flipping, furniture moves, and cleaning/waxing floors Assist in delivering guest requests and in cleaning guest rooms as needed Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and a positive guest experience Essential Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, housekeeping, or a related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines Physical ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects and stand for long periods Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working in a hospitality environment Knowledge of cleaning procedures and protocols Ability to speak multiple languages High school diploma or equivalent Skills and Competencies Attention to detail : ability to ensure that all public areas are clean and well-maintained Customer focus : ability to provide exceptional guest service and respond to guest requests in a prompt and professional manner Teamwork : ability to work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and a positive guest experience Adaptability : ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines Quality : ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest service Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Hilton, we are committed to helping our team members grow and develop their careers.
