Key Responsibilities: Receive and validate provider information from external sources for system updates, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Apply knowledge and experience to verify provided information, maintaining high data quality standards. Perform accurate data entry and maintenance of provider records in the computer system, emphasizing precision and timeliness. Conduct regular audits of loaded provider records to ensure quality and financial accuracy, providing documented feedback when necessary. Support system/health plan integration efforts, training existing staff and new hires as needed. Assist in system-related testing activities, ensuring smooth implementation of new processes and technologies. Maintain reliable attendance based on the agreed-upon schedule, adhering to blithequark's policies and confidentiality requirements. Requirements and Qualifications: Essential Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent GED required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access. Exceptional attention to detail, with a strong focus on timeliness and accuracy. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with coworkers, clients, members, providers, and customers. Understanding and compliance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) regulations. Willingness and ability to learn internal systems, particularly QNXT. Preferred Qualifications: 1+ year of managed care experience. Experience with data entry and management in a healthcare setting. Familiarity with health plan systems and operations.
