About the Role: Project Coordinator, PDS Projects We are currently seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our Project and Development Services team. As a Project Coordinator at JLL, you will be directly responsible for supporting a construction project management team to deliver challenging projects. You will collect, manage, and prepare reports on all project documentation, including contracts, budgets, schedules, and meeting minutes. Your interest in construction projects from start to finish will speak to your ability to support your team in delivering interesting and industry-changing projects. Key Responsibilities: Supporting industry-changing projects and contributing to the delivery of strategic solutions for clients Collaborating across platforms and developing our people and inspiring others Supporting ambitions beyond the workplace and applying new technology and data to drive change Collecting, managing, and preparing reports on all project documentation, including contracts, budgets, schedules, and meeting minutes Being proactive and thinking ahead to anticipate the needs of the team regarding data accuracy, preparing marketing materials, research, and project management-related technology Essential Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is preferred, or relevant administrative experience. (2+) years of experience related to construction project management is preferred, but experience supporting commercial real estate professionals in any sector is a plus. Experience in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, invoice processing, and schedule management is preferred. Preferred Qualifications: Strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas to drive success Ability to act decisively, think big, and manage time to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Ability to contribute to a diverse, supportive, and talented team Experience in construction project management, commercial real estate, or a related field Skills and Competencies: To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. You should be proactive, able to think ahead, and anticipate the needs of the team. You should also be able to work collaboratively, develop our people, and inspire others. Strong technical skills, including experience with Microsoft Office, are essential.
