Key Responsibilities Assist executives with administrative tasks such as calendar management, travel arrangements, and correspondence, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks. Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items, facilitating effective communication among team members and stakeholders. Maintain project documentation and reports to track progress and outcomes, providing accurate and timely updates to executives and project teams. Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration and coordination across various initiatives. Assist in the planning and coordination of company-wide events and initiatives, providing general administrative support to the team as needed. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; specialization in Project Management or Administration is a plus, demonstrating a strong foundation in project coordination and executive support. Minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination or executive support roles, with a proven track record of success in managing multiple tasks and priorities. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, maintaining a high level of productivity and attention to detail. Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite, with excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration and communication. Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining high productivity, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a detail-oriented mindset. Preferred Qualifications Certification in Project Management or a related field, demonstrating a commitment to professional development and continuous learning. Experience working with remote teams, with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities of remote collaboration. Familiarity with project management software and tools, such as Asana, Trello, or Basecamp, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
