As a Programming Skills Mentor, you'll engage with these models, helping them learn and improve through your coding expertise. Our projects involve discrete, highly variable problems, and there's no requirement for prior AI experience - just a passion for coding and a willingness to contribute to the evolution of AI.

This freelance opportunity is entirely remote, offering the flexibility to work at times that suit you best. As a Tier 3 Programming Skills Mentor, you'll be part of a select group of experts who are shaping the future of AI model development.

Key Responsibilities


Crafting and answering questions related to computer science to help train AI models, leveraging your expertise to enhance their learning and development.
Evaluating and ranking code generated by AI models, providing critical feedback that improves their coding capabilities.
Engaging with AI models through various projects, contributing to their growth and accuracy in coding tasks.


Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To excel as a Programming Skills Mentor - Tier 3, you'll need:


A bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field from a selective institution, or equivalent experience.
Proficiency in one or more programming languages, including Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or C.
The ability to articulate complex concepts fluently in English, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Excellent attention to detail, including grammar, punctuation, and adherence to style guidelines.


Preferred qualifications include:


A strong background in software engineering, with a deep understanding of computer science concepts.
Experience with a wide range of programming languages and technologies.
