About the Pathway Home Ruby/Coronado Team The Pathway Home Ruby/Coronado program is a vital component of our organization's efforts to provide holistic and supportive services to individuals experiencing homelessness. Job Summary and Responsibilities As the Program Manager - Pathway Home Ruby/Coronado , you will be responsible for overseeing the program's daily operations, ensuring continuity of care and services, and providing supervision and support to assigned staff. Your key responsibilities will include: Providing leadership to multidisciplinary teams, ensuring collaboration and coordination between PATH agency resources and partnering agencies Conducting individual and team supervision, performance evaluations, and providing support and guidance to staff Ensuring that services emphasize trauma-informed care, client safety, and harm reduction interventions Responding to emergency calls and situations as required by the contract and organization Assisting in the screening, assessment, and enrollment of clients in a range of services Ensuring accurate and timely data collection, record-keeping, and reporting Essential Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to possess: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to gather and interpret data, identify trends, and inform decision-making Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships with colleagues, participants, and stakeholders Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and engage audiences Creativity, initiative, and a proactive approach to work, with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative solutions to problems Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze situations, identify key issues, and make logical decisions A strong commitment to ethics and boundaries, with the ability to maintain professional standards and demonstrate honesty, integrity, and a commitment to doing the right thing Preferred Qualifications and Experience While not required, we prefer candidates with: Three (3) years of experience in healthcare, case management, homeless services, or working with vulnerable populations One (1) year of supervisory experience in homeless services or a related social services field Minimum Qualifications and Requirements To be considered for this role, you must: Have a minimum of two (2) years of experience in healthcare, case management, homeless services, or working with vulnerable populations Have employment eligibility verification Be able and willing to obtain CPR/First Aid training Successfully complete a tuberculosis test, background screening, and drug test as a condition of hire Driving Requirements Driving is an essential function of this position.
