**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Production & Data Entry/Shipping Clerk to join our team in Valencia, PA. As a Production & Data Entry/Shipping Clerk, you will be responsible for data entry, customer service support, scanning paperwork, filing, and assisting with inventory management tasks. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
As a Production & Data Entry/Shipping Clerk, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:
* Data retrieval, reporting, verification, and validation, maintaining a high standard of accuracy in all data entry and ensuring any discrepancies are resolved in a timely manner
* Adherence to data entry standards and procedures
* Provide customer service support by answering inquiries and assisting with logistical coordination
* Scan, file, and maintain physical and digital paperwork, ensuring it is routed to the correct departments
* Accurately enter loads into the company's data management systems, ensuring correct data is uploaded in a timely manner
* Match pulled tags to packers to ensure accurate shipments and Inventory Control
* Assist the Shipping/Receiving Manager and Production Inventory Analyst with inventory management and data entry tasks
* Support the accuracy of inventory by verifying items, assisting in tracking, and performing data entry for stock levels
* Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operations
* Ensure compliance with all safety and cleanliness standards within the plant environment
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Proficient in reading and writing, mathematical skills with the ability to understand basic measurements
* Previous experience in data entry or clerical work, preferably in a plant or manufacturing environment
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
* Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word), experience with data management systems a plus
* Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks in fast-paced environment
* Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members
* Good communication skills
* Ability to work with minimal supervision, multitask, meet deadlines, and work under pressure
* Ability to adapt to changing environments and assist with tasks as needed
