Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough testing of new products to evaluate their performance and quality, providing feedback and insights to shape the final product. Develop and execute test plans, create reports on findings, and communicate with cross-functional teams to address any issues. Analyze test data and generate reports summarizing findings, providing actionable recommendations for improvements. Collaborate with product development teams to address issues, provide feedback, and ensure compliance with quality standards. Maintain accurate records of all testing activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and quality regulations. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies, contributing to the development of cutting-edge products. Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you'll need: A high school diploma or equivalent; an associate or bachelor's degree in a related field (such as engineering, technology) is preferred. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to think critically and identify potential issues. Experience with product testing methodologies and tools, although training will be provided for the right candidate. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. The ability to work independently and manage time effectively, with a strong focus on productivity and quality. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with the ability to learn new tools and technologies. Familiarity with basic electronics and troubleshooting techniques is a plus. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in product testing or a related field, although not mandatory. A degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or technology. Familiarity with industry-specific testing tools and methodologies.
