Key Responsibilities Develop a deep understanding of the enterprise products you'll own and lead, driving product strategy and results. Create a product roadmap and collaborate with stakeholders and engineering teams to deliver new products and feature enhancements. Own products from concept to launch, delivering features iteratively to address business challenges. Understand and empathize with user needs, using customer research and feedback to validate product hypotheses and optimal product solutions. Work closely with designers to craft simple and intuitive product experiences. Use data to inform decisions and identify business opportunities that drive the most impact. Collaborate with engineering teams throughout the development cycle to iterate and deliver top-notch product requirements. About You You're a curious and creative individual with experience building enterprise or consumer products. You have a keen eye for design, are highly adaptable, and when faced with challenges, you become more innovative, not less. You're a problem-solver who can drive clarity to build the right products. You're biased towards execution and can lead the team to deliver projects from concept off, doing whatever it takes to ensure a successful launch. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. 3+ years of product management experience. Experience driving consumer or enterprise products. Experience developing product strategy, business cases, and project execution plans. Strong analytical approach to problem-solving. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to balance short-term goals and long-term vision. Ability to drive and influence business decisions based on data and metrics. Preferred Qualifications Experience leading product ideation, requirements, technical development, product testing, launch, end-user training, and rollout. Strong leadership experience, enabling you to lead, influence, and orchestrate complex, multi-quarter projects.
