As a Staff Product Manager for Customer Care, you'll play a vital role in shaping the future of our InHome client experience. About the Job The InHome team at blithequark is building cutting-edge products to deliver unparalleled convenience for busy families and individuals. We're seeking a highly autonomous, customer-obsessed Product Manager to own the client delivery experience from start to finish. You'll work closely with our client success team and collaborate cross-functionally to drive business results and maintain high customer satisfaction scores. Key Responsibilities Define and develop a product strategy for the InHome client experience, driving business growth and customer satisfaction. Create and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements that meet customer needs. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to push the boundaries of customer experience, leveraging emerging technologies and innovative solutions. Analyze outcome data and key metrics to identify wins and areas for improvement, presenting findings effectively to leadership. Define product KPIs and adjust the product strategy to meet evolving customer needs and business objectives. Conduct client research, translating customer needs into product requirements and business impact. Serve as a customer advocate, ensuring that client concerns are heard and addressed across the organization. Launch new features on time and with high quality, including testing and QA. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience. Specialty in product design for client experience, from conception to launch. Experience driving product vision and go-to-market strategies. Passion for emerging technologies and innovative solutions. Preferred Qualifications We're looking for candidates with: Experience working in an agile or lean environment. Background in last-mile product management. Previous startup or incubator experience, balancing technical and business constraints. Ability to create and present strategic experiences that ladder up into business strategy, goals, and opportunities.
