Job Overview
As a Product Manager - Customer Loyalty at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in driving business growth through the development of innovative products that delight our customers. You will be responsible for delivering business value, improving efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction. This is a remote position, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere, while still being an integral part of our team.

Key Responsibilities
As a Product Manager - Customer Loyalty, your key responsibilities will be divided into three main areas: Strategy & Planning, Delivery & Execution, and People. These responsibilities will include:

Strategy & Planning (40%):

Gaining a thorough understanding of customer and associate needs, both existing and potential, to deliver enterprise products that provide an unparalleled shopping experience
Translating business goals and end-user needs into product strategy, communicating direction and product priorities to the development team, other matrixed teams, and third-party partners
Identifying goals, metrics, and analytics to determine product value, continually making recommendations and refinements to the product backlog based on learnings
Conducting end-user research to help identify user stories and determine Minimum Viable Product (MVP)
Partnering with Finance to understand financial needs and assisting in the creation of business plans for new opportunities
Monitoring research and the competitive landscape to recommend the best solutions and ensure that products remain or become best in class


Delivery & Execution (30%):

Ensuring product is aligned with company, stakeholder, and end-user priorities to drive sales, improve efficiency, and improve customer satisfaction
Documenting, reviewing, and ensuring that all quality and change control standards are met
Formulating, testing, and refining assumptions and hypotheses through user research and testing
Creating, prioritizing, and accepting user stories, incorporating them into release planning
Making product decisions that drive value on a daily basis
Identifying pros, cons, issues, obstacles, dependencies, and value associated with features and enhancements


People (30%):

Fostering collaboration with team members (Engineering, User Experience Designers, etc.) to drive value and collectively identify and resolve impediments
Acting as a proponent of modern software development practices
Advocating for the end-user and stakeholder by empathizing with and understanding user needs and becoming the domain expert
Regularly working with the product team to continuously assess progress, disseminate lessons learned, and understand next steps
Managing cross-functional team and stakeholder expectations to execute on product strategy, providing education to requestors to determine prioritization based on tangible benefits and/or user experience




Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

Must be eighteen years of age or older
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
Minimum of a high school diploma and/or GED
At least 1 year of relevant work experience


Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following preferred qualifications will make you a stronger candidate:

1-3 years of relevant work experience as a Product Manager in a modern software development-based enterprise environment
Demonstrated experience with modern software development product management practices and agile methodologies
Experience working in a fast-paced, fluid environment where priorities shift on a regular basis
Experience communicating with and influencing functional and technical team members at all levels in the organization
Experience working as part of a collaborative, cross-functional, modern software design and development team
