About the Role: Staff Item Supervisor - blithequark InHome, Client Experience We're on the hunt for a highly skilled and autonomous Staff Item Supervisor to spearhead the client delivery experience for blithequark InHome. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for crafting an exceptional client journey from start to finish, ensuring seamless delivery of everyday groceries to our customers' doorsteps. This role requires a deep understanding of client needs, a passion for innovation, and the ability to work collaboratively across web and mobile platforms. Key Responsibilities Define and develop a comprehensive product strategy for the InHome client experience, driving innovation and excellence. Create detailed product roadmaps that align with our business goals and customer needs. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to push the boundaries of client experience, leveraging insights and expertise to inform product development. Analyze feature success through data and key metrics, effectively communicating wins and areas for improvement to leadership. Establish and adjust product KPIs to ensure we're meeting our goals and continually improving. Conduct client research, translating their needs into actionable priorities and business impact. Serve as a trusted resource and advocate for clients, addressing their concerns and driving resolution. Launch new features on time, with a high level of quality, including rigorous testing and QA. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: 5+ years of experience as a product director, with a degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience. Specialization in product design for client experience, from conception to launch. Experience driving product vision and go-to-market strategies. A passion for emerging technologies and a keen eye for innovation. Preferred Qualifications While not mandatory, the following qualifications will make you a standout candidate: A graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, and 6 years' experience as a product director, preferably managing consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products. A background in creating inclusive digital experiences, with expertise in executing Web Content Accessibility Rules (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly. Awareness of accessibility best practices and a commitment to supporting an inclusive culture. Experience working in an agile or lean environment. Background in last-mile product management. Previous startup or hatchery experience, balancing technical and business requirements.
