As a Product Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and quality of product data across multiple systems and processes. Key Responsibilities Serve as the liaison between Engineering, technology, and procurement teams to develop and optimize product data, focusing on data quality, integrity, and governance. Lead efforts in creating direct items (parts) during the Genesis analysis and implementation phases. Manage the creation of corporate part numbers in relevant systems and support data enrichment for JDE, Cantor, and other systems. Oversee the migration of item master data from legacy systems to new systems, ensuring a seamless transition. Implement and maintain data governance processes for item master data, ensuring high-quality data standards. Collaborate with team members and management to understand business needs, gather information, analyze data, and prepare reports. Identify trends, patterns, and potential discrepancies in item data, maintaining data integrity and quality control. Innovate and improve current processes, data quality standards, and reporting mechanisms. Create and maintain detailed documentation for item creation and maintenance processes. Perform reconciliations between legacy and newer systems, troubleshooting data inconsistencies and anomalies. Leverage technology to enhance the ability to compile, analyze, and report item creation and data, exploring tools like Smartsheet, Access, Excel, JDE, Cantor, and AQ. Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting support to the business as needed. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you should possess: A BS/BA in Engineering, Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or have relevant experience in the window industry, particularly in Customer Service, Field Service, or Manufacturing. Strong analytical and modeling skills, with the ability to find solutions independently. The capacity to manage multiple tasks and projects while delivering results in a timely manner. An entrepreneurial spirit, with a willingness to work long hours and contribute to various aspects of the company. Effective communication and engagement skills, both verbally and in writing, with the ability to build partnerships across teams. Experience in manipulating complex and large data sources, with the ability to adapt quickly to new systems and applications. Familiarity with ERP software (such as JDE, Oracle, or OneStream) and/or DB tools (like Access/SQL), along with proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Preferred Skills To stand out, you should have: Excel macro skills. SQL knowledge.
