Job Summary The Principal Platform Architect will play a critical role in shaping the technical direction of our organization, working closely with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize the scope of solutions that meet market needs. This key position will provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams, ensuring the successful implementation of high-impact products that deliver significant customer value. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with customers, business, and engineering departments to translate business goals into system requirements and outline a product-wide technology strategy that encompasses multiple systems and diverse integration points. Provide technical advisory services from design, development, and devops for implementations with multiple integrations and software systems to engineering, product, and customer-facing teams. Draft technical engineering plans, technical designs, and systems integration-related documents and deliverables. Facilitate estimate time frames, quality, and amount of resources required to efficiently implement technical projects. Work closely with the Product team to continuously relay feedback for development on platform capabilities and features, ensuring sustained customer success. Qualify, scope, and deliver new technical projects for expansion and upsells for existing customers. Ensure compliance to the solution architectural design and technology strategy. Educate, train, and provide guidance for best practices and standards to the engineering team. Explain technical issues and engineering solution approaches to stakeholders, executives, and other technical professionals. Review the concept of vendors and suppliers to ensure universal lowest total cost of ownership. Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, with a minimum of 5+ years of successful technical solutions design and architecture experience. A background in healthcare is preferred, and experience working in an Agile engineering environment is essential. You should be proficient in Microsoft OS, Cloud & Application ecosystems (Windows Server, SQL Server, IIS, Snowflake, etc.) and Microsoft Development tools (.Net, C#, Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, etc.). Power BI is also required. Preferred Qualifications Experience leading SCRUM rituals and working with cross-functional teams. Strong understanding of data architecture principles and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Customer-first mentality, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions that meet customer needs.
