Our internship program is designed to foster a sense of ownership, accountability, and teamwork, ensuring that you'll be an integral part of our operations throughout the internship. **About the Position** As a Post Production & Customer Success intern, you'll report to our Senior Editor and be responsible for creating and managing content, including: * Managing quality control of footage and executing a thorough film review process * Creating and distributing premium highlight reels for student-athletes * Managing customer inquiries and concerns via email or phone support * Troubleshooting customer issues using premium technology solutions **Core Responsibilities:** * Manage quality control of footage & execute thorough film review process * Create and distribute premium highlight reels for student-athletes * Manage customer inquiries & concerns via email or phone support * Troubleshoot customer issues using premium technology solutions **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program * Experience with digital editing software – Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premier preferred * Proficient in content creation.
