Your primary responsibilities will include: * Responding to phone calls, emails, instant messages, and user tickets in a timely and professional manner * Assigning work orders and incidents to the appropriate support teams and following through to closure * Diagnosing issues through user conversations, including issue recognition, logs, research, isolation, resolution, and follow-up steps * Activating the Support Analyst in case the remote guidance is not successful, registering and archiving the call, and summarizing the outcome for evaluation and performance improvement * Performing other duties related to the position, as directed by your superior **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills: * Portuguese Bilingual (fluency in both spoken and written Portuguese) * Expert communication skills to advise and implement best practices * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Excellent time management and organizational skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities * Familiarity with customer service software and tools (training will be provided) **Work Schedule** As a remote employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere in the world.
