Role Overview and Responsibilities As a Remote Receptionist with Workwarp, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch administrative support to our partner physical therapy practices. Your primary responsibilities will include: Answering all incoming phone calls, responding to inquiries, and selling the benefits of physical therapy to prospective clients Following a call script and continually improving phone call and sales skills to drive practice growth Handling incoming calls, texts, and emails to reschedule patients, address concerns, and provide exceptional customer service Collaborating with practice owners via Slack or text message to ensure seamless task completion and open communication Utilizing multiple web-based applications to manage practice operations, patient interactions, and administrative tasks Ideal Candidate Profile We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy professional with a strong clinical background and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
