Role Overview and Responsibilities As a Remote Receptionist with Workwarp, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch administrative support to our partner physical therapy practices. Your primary responsibilities will include: Answering all incoming phone calls, responding to inquiries, and selling the benefits of physical therapy to prospective clients Following a call script and continually improving phone call and sales skills to drive practice growth Handling incoming calls, texts, and emails to reschedule patients, address concerns, and provide exceptional customer service Collaborating with practice owners via Slack or text message to ensure seamless task completion and open communication Utilizing multiple web-based applications to manage practice operations, patient interactions, and administrative tasks Ideal Candidate Profile We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy professional with a strong clinical background and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate will possess: A clinical background in PT, PTA, OT, OTA, or SLP, with a deep understanding of physical therapy principles and practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, practice owners, and colleagues Strong phone and sales skills, with the ability to effectively sell the benefits of physical therapy and drive practice growth Proficiency in computer use and the ability to learn multiple web-based applications quickly A flexible and adaptable approach, with a willingness to continually improve call quality and respond to feedback Essential Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills: An Associate's degree or higher in a related field (Preferred) 2+ years of experience in a clinical or administrative role, preferably in physical therapy or a related field Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box A strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering exceptional results, with a focus on quality, efficiency, and patient satisfaction Preferred Qualifications and Skills While not essential, the following preferred qualifications and skills will be highly valued: Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively Knowledge of orthopedics and physical rehabilitation medicine, with a deep understanding of the benefits and principles of physical therapy Experience with multiple web-based applications, including practice management software and electronic health records A certification in physical therapy or a related field, such as PTA or OTA certification Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Workwarp, we are committed to supporting the growth and development of our team members.
