This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a background in massage therapy, personal training, physical therapy, Pilates, yoga, or dance instruction to gain experience in a new modality that is taking the fitness industry by storm. Your primary responsibilities will include delivering 25-minute and 50-minute one-on-one assisted stretch sessions, leading guided group stretching classes, and providing a safe and supportive environment for clients to achieve their wellness goals. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality, one-on-one assisted stretch sessions and group stretch classes, ensuring a world-class experience for clients. Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals. Build and retain a loyal client base by providing exceptional service, responding to client concerns, and promoting StretchLab membership. Ensure the safety of clients by enforcing proper stretch techniques and adhering to StretchLab policies and safety rules. Attend staff meetings, educational presentations, and training sessions to stay up-to-date on the latest techniques and industry developments. Collaborate with sales associates and the General Manager to promote studio tours, sales, and membership growth. Maintain a strong social media presence to engage with clients, promote services, and build a community around StretchLab. Clean and maintain equipment to ensure it is available for client use at all times. Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed as a Physical Therapy Aide and Stretch Professional at StretchLab, you will need: A passion for boutique fitness environments and a love of stretching, mobility, and flexibility. A background in a related field, such as massage therapy, personal training, physical therapy, Pilates, yoga, or dance instruction. Experience working in a fitness or health environment, providing hands-on training with clients. A certification or degree in fitness, health, or wellness, demonstrating your expertise and commitment to the field. Excellent communication skills, empathy, and a ability to create a positive environment that welcomes all people. A professional work ethic, reliability, and adherence to our attendance policies. Availability to complete our comprehensive 2-day Flexologist Training Program, which includes online tutorials, in-person training, and practice hours.
