The Role: Phone Customer Service Representative

As a Phone Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the voice of our company – the first point of contact for customers seeking support, information, and solutions. You'll play a critical role in shaping the customer experience and building lasting relationships with people who trust us with their health and wellness journey.

What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities


Customer Inquiry Support: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns through phone calls and email correspondence. You'll be the frontline ambassador for arenaflex, representing our brand with every interaction.
Product Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of our wellness and supplement product line. Provide accurate, detailed information to customers, helping them make informed decisions about their health and wellness purchases.
Order Management: Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, processing returns, and addressing any order-related questions. You'll ensure seamless transactions and keep customers informed every step of the way.
Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively. Your problem-solving skills will be put to the test as you find solutions that leave customers satisfied and loyal to arenaflex.
Administrative Support: Complete various administrative tasks to support the overall customer experience. This includes documenting interactions, updating customer records, and collaborating with other departments to ensure comprehensive support.

What We're Looking For: Requirements & Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:


Proven Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role is required. Experience in the wellness, supplement, or health industry is strongly preferred, as familiarity with our products will help you hit the ground running.
eCommerce Background: Previous experience working in eCommerce environments, with familiarity in CRM platforms such as Richpanel, Hubspot, Gorgias, or similar systems. You should be comfortable navigating technology and learning new software quickly.
Industry Interest: A genuine interest and knowledge in the health and wellness industry. Your enthusiasm for wellness will shine through in your interactions with customers.
Exceptional Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must. You'll be handling phone calls, emails, and potentially live chat interactions with professionalism, clarity, and empathy.
Remote Work Independence: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote setting. You should have a strong work ethic, be self-motivated, and thrive without constant supervision.
Technical Requirements: Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a quality headset. Ability to work in a quiet, focused environment is essential for maintaining professionalism during customer interactions.

Availability: Must be able to work in either the Eastern or Pacific US time zone, with flexibility for the schedule you select.

Experience with supplement or vitamin product lines
Background in direct-to-consumer eCommerce

Familiarity with order management systems and shipping processes

We're currently hiring 6 Phone Customer Service Representatives! Choose the schedule that works best for you:


8am – 5pm, Monday through Friday, Eastern time zone (1 position available)
8am – 5pm, Monday through Friday, Pacific time zone (1 position available)
8am – 5pm, Saturday and Sunday, plus three weekdays of your choosing, US time zone flexible (4 positions available)
