As a key member of our 503A compounding pharmacy operations, you'll play a critical role in ensuring accurate prescription processing, supporting team collaboration, and upholding performance excellence. This role advances arenaflex's mission to create innovative medications and expand access to affordable healthcare. **Key Responsibilities** * Processes new orders promptly and accurately, reviews patient profiles, and updates records using multiple software programs with strong attention to detail. * Verifies patient and prescription information for accuracy and transfers clarifications to the appropriate team as needed. * Maintains compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act guidelines to protect patient information and ensure confidentiality. * Exceeds production standards and Key Performance Indicators for data entry processing while demonstrating reliability through excellent attendance and punctuality. * Actively engages with team members to foster positive morale, assist in training new employees, and support a collaborative work environment. **Requirements** * Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Pharmacy Tech Data Entry role or equivalent. * High school diploma or GED required; college education preferred. * Texas Board of Pharmacy- Pharmacy Technician license.
